To Obtain the Citrix Client:
1. Please call ScheduleCare (see number above) for directions to obtain the Citrix client.

To Install the Citrix Client:
1. Close all open programs before proceeding. Find the file that you downloaded above called "ica32.exe". (Did you save it to your desktop, the root folder of your hard drive or other location?)
2. Double click it. The install wizard begins; click Next. Some files are copied,
3. The Citrix ICA Client Welcome screen appears, click next.
4. The Software license appears click on the "Yes" button to agree.
5. The destination folder appears, click next, the program folder options appears, click next
6. The client Name option appears, type SAM then next,
7. The Question appears "Would you like to enable and automatically use your local user name and passwords for Citrix sessions from this Client"? Click on Yes, then next
8. Set-up then copies files and gives a message indicating that installation is complete; click OK to finish.
9. Shut down and re-start your computer

To Configure the Citrix Client:
In order to complete the following operations you must have the required Server name, User id, Password, and Domain from ScheduleCare.
1. After the computer has re-started, the Citrix Program Neighbourhood icon will have appeared on the desktop.
2. Double click this icon. A windows will open and an icon "Add ICA connection" appears. Double click this icon.
3. The next window will ask you to Select the type of connection you will use: Leave it at Local Area Network, click on Next
4. The next window requires a "Description" for the connection; enter "SAM", then in the field below use the drop down box to select TCP/IP only, then in the botton field enter the server name that you have obtained from ScheduleCare. Click Next.
5. Select desired encryption level. Leave as is click next
6. Enter the User name, password and Domain that ScheduleCare has assigned you. Click Next
7. In Window Size uncheck default and choose instead from the drop down list 800 x 600. Click next
8. Leave "Application" and "Working Directory" empty. Click next
9. Click Finish. A new icon called SAM should appear in your Citrix Neighbourhood Window.
10. Right click the new icon and choose "create desktop shortcut" This will place a SAM icon on your desktop. Close the Citrix Program Neighbourhood.The Client is now installed and configured.

To Access SAM:
1. Double click the new SAM icon on your desktop to access the ScheduleCare Server.
2. The ScheduleCare Black desktop will appear. Click the Start menu button go up to SAM and click on it.
3. The SAM program will open. Enter the usual password to enter SAM
